Individual Psychotherapy
$150 for 50 min session
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
SSP is provided only to those who are currently in therapy. and the fees to use SSP are in addition to the regular sessions.
Fees for SSP vary depending on needs.
$380 - per month, including two hours per month for monitoring and support, and $100 access per month to one pathway.
Additionally, you will need to have access to a smart phone in order to use the Unyte app, as well headphones as recommended by ILS.
Payments and payment methods
Fees are due on the day of the session, or before.
You can pay your fees by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
Invoices and receipts will be provided.
Referrals
You don't need a referral from a doctor/GP nor you need a mental health diagnosis to reach out for help. However, referrals from GP, by third parties, or another professionals are welcome.
The benefits of self-referral and private pay
You don't need to wait on long wait lists to receive help. Private pay allows you to work collaboratively with your therapist on your goals for therapy, to choose your preferred modality and/or a therapist by choice.
Medicare
I am not registered for Medicare rebates.
If you are after Mental Health Care Treatment Plan, please contact your GP for appropriate referral.
Services funded by Third parties
If your fees are funded by a Third party, such as Victims Services or NDIS, some paper work needs to be completed before commencing treatment. Please get in touch, if you find yourself in this category.
Private Health Insurance
Some rebates apply if you have Private Health Insurance. Current providers are limited to Medibank Private, BUPA, HCF, ARHG. Please check with your provider if you are eligible.
Letters of Support
I don't charge for Letters of Support, however I limit these to one letter per client. I will not provide a second letter unless I am convinced and/or believe that by not providing a second letter will be detrimental to you.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full fee charge.
